Wharekapua Beach House is available for events and functions, such as weddings and parties. These must be booked in conjunction with a house stay and are subject to special conditions and terms of hire.

Things to know…

Terms and Conditions of Hire

• All outstanding payments are due on check-in.

• Guests are liable for damages incurred.

• The number of guests for overnights stays is strictly the number in your booking.

• 6 guests included in nightly rate, additional guests @ $49 pp per night (max 10 guests)

• Pets/animals are not permitted.

• Please respect that we are situated in a unique natural environment and next to a working farm

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled, in writing, are eligible for full or partial refunds.

• Refunds applicable for valid cancellations:

  • 100% of deposit up to 21 days prior to check in

  • 50% of deposit up to 7 days prior to check-in

  • 0% of deposit within 7 days of check-in
